Adjust your terminal's clock.

When the clocks change, most EPI devices handle it for you. For the terminals that need a hand, here are the steps, model by model.

No action needed on most devices: Exatouch®, Clover®, TableTurn, and Valor PayTech terminals update their clocks automatically.
First Data
  1. Open the Settings menu (top right of the screen).
  2. Select Date/Time.
  3. Enter the date as MMDDYYYY.
  4. Enter the time as HH:MM:SS.
  5. Press the green Enter key to save.
Dejavoo
  1. From the main screen, press the green OK key.
  2. Use the down arrow to reach Utility.
  3. Enter the manager password (1234).
  4. Open Settings, then Date and Time.
  5. Enter the date as MM/DD/YYYY, then the time as HH:MM:SS.
PAX
  1. Press the blue Menu button.
  2. Highlight System Settings.
  3. Select Date/Time Setup.
  4. Enter the new date (MM/DD/YYYY) and time (HH:MM:SS).
  5. Press Enter to save.
Verifone
  1. Press the green Enter key, then select Setup with F2.
  2. Enter the password sequence 1, ALPHA, ALPHA, 6, 6, 8, 3, 1.
  3. Press the purple Down key four times to reach Date/Time.
  4. Select it with F4.
  5. Enter the date (MMDDYYYY), then the time (HHMMSS).
