The operating system for the payments business.
ISO360 is a complete ERP and CRM for ISOs and agents: digital boarding, portfolio CRM, a to-the-penny residual engine, downline payouts, equipment logistics, and tax compliance in one login. Built by EPI, on the rails your merchants already run on.
| Boarding pipeline | Rep | Est. volume | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Beacon Hill Bagels | M. Torres | $62,000/mo | Approved |
| Two Rivers Smoke Shop | D. Chen | $41,500/mo | Underwriting |
| Lakeside Auto Care | M. Torres | $38,000/mo | Out for signature |
| Corner Stone Cellars | A. Whitfield | $55,200/mo | Docs needed |
The platform
One login runs the whole office.
Most offices duct-tape a CRM, a boarding portal, residual spreadsheets, and a payroll process together. ISO360 replaces the stack: every module reads and writes the same portfolio.
Boarding & underwriting
From lead to live MID in hours, not weeks.
Quick App is a six-step digital application your reps can run three ways: send the merchant a link, sit with them face to face, or email a pre-filled app for review. Signatures are ESIGN-compliant, bank details validate instantly, and EPI's in-house underwriters pick the file up the moment it lands.
- Three intake paths: link, face-to-face, or emailed app
- E-signature with affirmative ESIGN consent, built in
- Instant bank-account validation on the DDA
- Statement analysis to price the win before you pitch
- Restricted verticals underwritten in-house: smoke & vape, CBD, adult retail, MOTO

The residual engine
Residuals that reconcile to the penny.
ISO360's residual engine attributes every basis point to the merchant, the rep, and the schedule that earned it. Cygma residuals pay on the 5th, the earliest in the industry, and monthly residuals on the 15th, with drill-down statements that survive an audit.
- Per-merchant, per-rep attribution on every MID
- Signing, conversion, and milestone bonuses computed automatically
- Adjustments and true-ups applied with a paper trail
- Statement exports for your accountant, or the ISO360 API
Downline payouts
Pay your whole downline without a spreadsheet.
Divisions, offices, sub-agents, reps: ISO360 models your org the way it actually splits money. Every week it nets residuals and bonuses against equipment debits per agent, then settles the whole downline by ACH on Friday. Clawbacks, holds, and collection states are handled, not hand-tracked.
- Division → office → rep hierarchy with per-deal splits
- Weekly net settlement: residuals + bonuses − equipment, by ACH
- Commissions release when funds actually collect
- Every payout visible to the agent who earned it
ISO360 API
Everything ISO360 shows you, your systems can pull.
Boarding applications, statement analysis, portfolio data: the ISO360 API exposes the platform to your own tools. Documentation lives with the rest of EPI's APIs on the Cygma developer hub.
Residuals show up early, funding is same-day, and boarding a merchant takes minutes instead of a week of faxes. My office runs on ISO360.
See your book in ISO360.
Partner sales will walk you through the platform on your own portfolio's shape: boarding, residuals, and payouts, end to end.
